Our Nursery is available for our youngest members ages birth to 3 years old. A paid staff person is on duty during scheduled hours and will provide a safe and nurturing environment for your infants. Parents can leave their infants for the entire morning or any part of it. From Labor Day until mid June, the hours are 9:30 – 12:30 (with church service at 11:00). From mid-June through Labor Day, the hours are 9:30 – 11:30 (with church service at 10:00).

Our Sunday School programs seek to provide everyone with the opportunity to experience God’s love, grow in their understanding of the Bible and learn to help and serve others.

-meets weekly from 9:45 – 10:45 (during the school year)

3 years old - 2^nd grade – many hands on activities

2^nd grade through 5^th grade – multisensory approach to learning

5^th grade through High School – in addition to being a vibrant growing class, the students are also members of the Kid’s for Christ Youth Group (KFC’s).

Adult Sunday School – led by Pastor Harlan Ratmeyer

Anyone is welcome to join in our classes at any time during the year.

We use the lectionary based curriculum, “The Seasons of the Spirit”, in all aspects of our Sunday School and Worship Service.

Other Christian Education Activities:

-Children’s Time: each Sunday children age 3 through grade 2 are invited to come to the front of the sanctuary for a special children’s message during the worship service. If the family chooses, children are then excused for a time of recreation and play until the service is over. We have paid sitter’s who will tend to your child with care and love.

-KFC’s Youth Group: are involved in fun and service projects each year.

-Small Group Opportunities

-Writing Group (poetry and short stories)

-Lent Soup and Sandwich Discussions

-Confirmation/Making Disciples

-Summer Sunday School – begins mid June and runs through Labor Day. Children ages 3 and up are excused from the service to explore God’s world in many different ways.

-Adult Faith Exploration Classes

-Summer Evening Nature and Worship Events
